Dining services at UC San Diego were recently enhanced with a total renovation of their Café Ventanas and 64 Degrees facilities, reconceived with a modern international vibe and menu offerings. TriMark specialist Rob Liwanag was involved with their equipment selections every step of the way.

Equipment included a multitude of standard and specialty pieces from a wide variety of suppliers: Traulsen, Groen, Montague, Henny Penny, LTI, Wood Stone, Hatco, Crescor, Vollrath, Jade, Blodgett, Accutemp, Structural Concepts, Carter Hoffman, Rosito Bisani, Oscartek, Cambro, John Boos, Town, Turbo Air, Alto-Shaam, and Doyon.

Tandoor ovens from Wood Stone were a particularly unique aspect of the installation, and TriMark even provided products down to specialty sushi plates.
